My wife and I would definitely recommend building with Peter and will again ourselves. Peter designed our home perfectly to suit our corner block in Tarragindi and even took care of removing the old home first. The build time exceeded our expectations as did the quality. The knowledge, attention to detail and service Peter provides is something you won’t find with a project builder. The best thing was being able to contact Peter anytime and always feeling comfortable as he exhibits a very personal approach and service. A fantastic building experience.

We contracted Peter Stephen’s company, Small Lot Homes, to build our family home on a small lot. From the outset Peter was dedicated and passionate about what he does and the product that he produces. We spent a solid 6 months nutting out the design of our property and as clients I felt we pushed him to meet our requirements and expectations. Peter never said no and as long as our request was physically possible was able to deliver. This level of professionalism continued throughout the build process, always keeping in contact with us and keeping us posted on what was required in terms of design to ensure the job kept to the time frame. We were able to move into our home within the time frame specified by Peter and to say that we were impressed with the entire build process is an understatement. Not only was the build to a high standard, but Peter kept within our budget. We have and will continue to recommend Peter as a builder. He was very easy to deal with and as it was our first time to build new, he definitely made the entire process stress free.

Whether it is building your first house or any house, the process always seems overwhelming and is no doubt up there as one of the more stressful undertakings in life. Peter helps you navigate through the uncertainty with structured support from end to end. He is actively involved right from the start with your concepts/ideas and within your budget helps formulate plans with visual techniques and computer modelling which gives perspective and a real understanding as to what your home will be. We found Peter’s communication style and accessibility excellent. There is always common sense advice and you never feel unsupported at any point. Rarely do you find someone who becomes as invested as you are when building a home. Peter is a builder with integrity and pride in his work. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using Peter.
